Tannus will release new series of solid tire in 2015 that will make a leap to next generation.
To produce our new series of Tannus tire, we reviewed its compound ratio and processing method of the unique material, ‘Aither’. Changing material compound itself is worth more than refined version of old Tannus.
Tread patterns had been all reviewed and thoroughly renovated, plus higher elasticity and better rolling resistance make riders comfortable ride as pneumatic tire.
We will also extend sales area globally in Spring 2015 as one of the global brands of solid tire.
Korea is the leading edge of polymer and nano foam technologies.
And Fine Chemical, mother company of Tannus tire in Korea, who has prominent R&D and quality capabilities had brought this solid tire very light and high in elasticity, just as pneumatic tire.
Moreover, with its unique characteristics, Tannus tire is less aging-deterioration and less abrasion than pneumatic tire.
We’ve been fighting people’s image of solid tires – solid tires are hard.
In 2015, we plan test-ride events all over Japan to break people’s bias against solid tires.
We believe in our technologies and potential of new material, Aither.
We will increase places and opportunities for consumers to introduce our Tannus tires.
